December 2010 - issue 53 is all complete

Loving the new cover, and it is all due to the artist Alex Grey, and our Production Manager, Cam, who made the suggestion to ask. Ever since getting the Tool interview last month, the plan was for a Tool cover. We asked Grey about using his images for the cover, and he was more than happy to agree. We had our choice of his works (www.alexgrey.com), and we selected a piece called ‘Praying’.

So the main feature is the double page Tool interview, where we chatted to Danny Carey and Adam Jones. Sharon Jones also gets a full page, as does Lightspeed Champion.
